Starry Night centers around Wren, a 15 year old girl from New York City. She’s always had a passion for art and is planning an application for an art program in France. One night, her dad is opening a major exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and she and her best friends all go to celebrate. At the party she meets Nolan; and older friend of her brothers. Nolan and Wren fall in love and he ends up changing her life; for both good and bad.
I liked this book a lot for the most part. I really loved how descriptive the author was (every sentence you could truly visualize), and the relationship between the two main characters. However, I think a lot about the book was kind of unrealistic, especially how quickly Wren and Nolan fell in love. I also would have liked to know more about the characters; her friends are around a lot, but you only really get to know Wren and Nolan. However, it was a fun book, and definitely kept you wanting to know what would happen next!
I think one memorable thing was how her relationship with Nolan changed and influenced Wren and her decisions.
