Be a member of one of three teams whose challenge is to develop a recipe and prepare the dish within 40 minutes — with ingredients we will only reveal to you at the competition! All teams will make a presentation to a judging panel (librarians), explaining the preparation steps, serving size, food safety concerns, nutrition value and cost of the dish. You will learn new skills and a ton of stuff about food. We will also make sure you get plenty of snacks so you don’t go hungry while you cook.
