Read + Review: Memory Maze, by Gordon Korman

Jax Opus is a boy with a very special ability of hypnotizing people. This hypnotism has been discovered by Dr. Mako who also has this special ability, and he is trying to capture Jax. Jax doesn’t want this happening because Dr. Mako wants to use his powers for evil. Along the way, Jax learns some things that make him the unique person he is.

I think that the plot of the book was very dull and boring. The book is about Jax trying to hide his powers, but the events in the story are not interesting. The events are not fun and the book wouldn’t appeal that much to most readers. The plot is so repetitive, and I struggled to finish the book because it was so boring. I would not recommend this book to anybody

One memorable thing about the book is that Jax is a brave and headstrong character, and this made the book a little more worth reading.
